Join us to learn how a simple pause to breathe can support happiness, wellness, and effectiveness as a law student and as a lawyer. The ABA Journal suggests that mindfulness may be “a vehicle for restoring civility, decreasing stress, and enhancing the fundamental fabric of the legal community.”
Mindful Monday is a Berkeley Law tradition, always open to first-time meditators and experienced practitioners alike. It is open to all members of the Berkeley Law community.
